Sport Point is a Russian multi-brand chain of stores selling sportswear, footwear and accessories for training, competitions and everyday life.The company has been operating on the market since 2016 and since then 11 stores have been opene in Moscow and the Moscow region, as well as 1 in St. Petersburg, not counting the company’s wholesale division and sub-brand.The customer is on our technical support and one of our tasks was to set up and integrate the Mindbox bonus program.
A little bit about Mindbox
Mindbox is a cloud-base marketing automation system that allows you to aggregate and process data from various special database integrate systems both online and offline, and then implement chains of e-mail newsletters, a bonus program, give product recommendations, etc.Initial data

Using the ready-made official module from Mindbox for BUS
Having studie the capabilities of the module, having talke to the responsible managers on the Mindbox side and having learne that the module will neither be supporte nor improve in the coming year, and also taking into account the bulkiness of the project, we came to the conclusion that integration via API would be more effective.

In many ways, despite the scary name, this is one of the simplest tasks in all integration that nees to be solve first.
All historical data in Mindbox is loade via .csv files with the require fields (user, user data – full name, phone, email, etc.)
Therefore, on the site side, all necessary au emai list data was downloade in the require format and transferre for uploading to Mindbox.
