After programming, production

I made all possible reservations with the youth hostel, activity and catering venues. I was able to book in advance, others had to be booked directly on site by our group leaders. Thanks to this, the group leaders can book the time slot that suits them best and on the day of the visit: this saves the group from having to queue.
For this discovery trip to New York, I calculated a meal budget that I credited to a bank card, sent to the organizers before departure. I did the same for the budget for activities and transportation (use of public transportation on site).
Then, when registration closed
I had to anticipate the logistics for 80 young web design: new trends and improved user experience people. So I created 3 subgroups, each with a stay director. For the subgroups, I paid attention to the age and a good distribution between girls and boys. I created 3 matching lists to distribute the young people in the 2 reserved hostels.
